Even being a hardcore or at least former hardcore drag racer, I don’t get why no prep drag days are a thing. I call the Coyote motor!

Not even braking... he could have lifted and fed the car more oppo lock and gotten it to kick around and probably stop in the middle of the track. You can tell the driver isn’t use to going sideways, he stays in it until it’s too late and feeds in maybe a half turn of lock lol.

At least up here in Michigan, it’s so people can “street race” without all the inherent dangers. At Milan, they have No-ET races where the timing boards are shut off and there is very limited track prep so they can maintain the secrecy around the grudge-race cars.

This video also shows the importance of learning how to drive before you get behind the wheel of a high powered car. Both of these guys have the right idea... in a cars that are lot harder to handle...
